Gently move T-Bar upwards between eyebrows in small strokes for 60 seconds. 5. For above the lip, hold the bar horizontally and stroke along the sides for 15 seconds repeating 6 times. 6. For the neck, sweep the bar upwards along the sides for 15 seconds repeating 6 times. 7. For cheeks, move the bar horizontally from the center of your chin towards the sides of your face. Move upwards until you get to the ears repeating 6 times. 8. Finish by applying a few drops of Anti-Aging Serum if needed. 9. CAUTION: Do not use on the front of the neck.
